NAPA White spirit is a flammable, clear, colourless liquid. It is a mixture of chemicals known as petroleum hydrocarbons.Â
- A popular solvent which is used for general purpose cleaning and degreasing
- An excellent thinner and tool/brush cleaner for alkyd based paints
- More suitable for paint thinning than other solvents as it will not affect the drying time of oil based paints
- Not suitable for use with acrylic or water-based paints.
- With a little care, white spirit can help to dramatically extend the life and usability of paint brushes, compatible paint rollers and paint trays saving future costs on replacement equipment & tools.
